A ‘moral revolution’ won’t stop the spread of nuclear weapons.

No phrase in national security is more familiar than the notion of putting the nuclear genie back in the bottle. In his speech Friday in Hiroshima, President Obama proposed such a miracle: “Among those nations like my own that hold nuclear stockpiles, we must have the courage to escape the logic of fear, and pursue a world without them.”
